2. Generative AI powered STAR analytics
You can then view a detailed AI generated STAR (Skills and Traits Analysis Report) for each of the short listed candidates.
- Open the candidate's profile in Greenhouse.
- A detailed Skills & Traits Analysis Ratings aka STAR report is automatically attached to the candidate's profile in Greenhouse.
- This report provides a comprehensive comparison of the candidate's skills (i.e. hard skills such as technical skills, domain knowledge etc.) and personality traits (i.e. soft skills such as emotional intelligence, problem solving, team collaboration etc. ). These are then compared with the job requirements, helping recruiting teams make informed decisions faster.
