After installing the MHAYA.ai extension for Greenhouse, you can utilize its features directly within Greenhouse to streamline and enhance your recruitment workflow.
- Open the candidate's profile in Greenhouse.
- A detailed Skills & Traits Analysis Report aka STAR is automatically attached to the candidate's profile in Greenhouse.
- This report provides a comprehensive comparison of the candidate's skills (i.e. hard skills such as technical skills, domain knowledge etc.) and personality traits (i.e. soft skills such as emotional intelligence, problem solving, team collaboration etc. ). These are then compared with the job requirements, helping recruiting teams make informed decisions faster.
2. Agentic AI powered insights
- Navigate to the Custom Fields section to view MHAYA.ai enriched data fields, which include key insights, and Agentic AI-driven scores tailored to the job description. These insights are provided for various personas in the hiring process such as recruiting manager, hiring manager etc.
- Additionally an overall MHAYA score is assigned to each candidate and you can view candidates who have scores above a particular threshold that you set, thereby saving significant amounts of time, effort and costs.

MHAYA provides a detailed reasoning for the ratings assigned to each candidate for each skill thereby saving the hiring teams significant amount of time in top of the funnel candidate assessments.
